Turbo Tails – Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Turbo Tails ("the game") is made by Swagger Games ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game uses and why. We've kept the game as private as we can: we don't ask for your name, email or any account, and we don't run our own servers that collect your data.
1. Information stored on your device
Your progress (levels completed, hearts, coins, power-ups and settings) and whether you've bought "Remove Ads" are saved only on your phone. We can't see this information. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version of the game shows an advert between levels using Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect and use information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device type and approximate location, and information about how you interact with ads. Where the law requires it (for example in the UK and the European Economic Area), the game asks for your consent before showing personalised ads, and you can change your choice at any time from the privacy options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
How Google uses this information: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
3. Purchases (Google Play Billing)
The only thing for sale is a one-off "Remove Ads" purchase. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play; we never see your card or payment details. Google tells us that a purchase was made so the game can switch adverts off and restore your purchase on a new device.
4. Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
If the game crashes or hits an error, Google Firebase Crashlytics sends us a technical report so we can fix it. Reports contain information such as the device model, Android version, game version, the state of the game when the problem happened and an installation identifier. They don't contain your name or contact details.
More information: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
5. Google Play Games (optional)
If you use Google Play Games, the game can save your progress to your Play Games account so it survives a new phone. That data is stored by Google under your Google account and is covered by Google's privacy policy.
6. Children
Turbo Tails is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your choices
- Change your ad consent choice from the game's privacy options, or reset your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
- Buy "Remove Ads" to stop adverts entirely.
- Uninstall the game to delete all data stored on your device.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date at the top.
9. Contact
